Senior Systems Engineer
A senior systems engineer should possess several years of experience and certifications. This individual should have a history of working as a team member, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to consult total LAN/WAN solutions as well as install, configure, and provide transferable knowledge and leadership in technology to our customers.
Candidates should have a minimum base of one or two certifications focused in one or more disciplines. (Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft, Security, Citrix, etc.)

Systems Engineer
A system engineer should possess a minimum of two-three years of field experience in effective support and have a plethora of knowledge in technology. This individual should have experience with desktop operating systems and NOS.  ISG is willing and interested in mentoring the right candidate in order to gain additional certifications and to continue to develop their technical knowledge.

Sales
An account Manager is responsible for the sales development and growth of ISG.  This position is located in Chicago.  This individual should have a minimum of three to four years of outside sales experience.  Industry VAR experience is a strong consideration for this role.  The individual needs to have a strong technologically based knowledge, excellent presentation skils, and impressive negotiation skills.  The mission is to sell potential clients on ISG solutions and achieve quota.

Inside Sales
Entry level sales positions start as an inside role for a minimum of 9-18 months. The individual will perform sales associated research, attend vendor meetings and associated discussions, establish potential client meetings, learn proper strategy and response techniques, work closely with outside sales staff and be mentored during this timeframe toward an outside position.

College Internships
ISG has an internship program for those looking for some real world experience. Interns are asked to work approximately 12-15 hours per week. Applicants with an interest in business, communications, and technology are encouraged to apply. A general knowledge of technology and Microsoft Office is required.
